Role Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an energetic and positive leader excited to jump into Management at one of the busiest restaurants in San Diego!

An ideal candidate would have 2 or more years

experience working in high volume or fine dining restaurants, open availability and passion for food and hospitality. Like, you follow all the foodie IG accounts, you cook at home, you understand the merits and drawbacks of a James Beard award, etc. And we would love a tinkerer. Someone who notices a table is wobbly and grabs the tools and takes a peek at the base to see what can be tightened. Someone who notices a lightbulb is out on the patio and it's like nails on a chalkboard walking by it, so they have to replace it. Someone who tried to make their own dining room table, but it turned out kinda terrible so they bought one used on OfferUp, but they still keep the one they made in storage.
